Directions

The trip from Yerushalayim takes about a 1/2 hour.

Arriving by car:

  1. From Yerushalayim exit at the Latrun (Modiin) exit, which is the first exit after the exit for Beit Shemesh.
     
  2. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left (which is towards Be'er Sheva and not towards Modiin).
       
  3. After one minute you will hit a traffic light. Make a right at the light, towards Ramla.
     
  4. Continue straight on this road for about seven minutes until you see sign for Shaalvim on your right.
     
  5. Continue on the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach Sha'alvim.

     

Arriving by bus:

You may also take a bus to get to Mishmar Ayalon which is the closest bus stop to Sha’alvim. From Yerushalayim take bus number 404, 433 or 435 (ask Information for additional lines). Get off at Mishmar Ayalon and wait at the bus stop until someone takes you down the road to Sha’alvim.
